You who have an annual card or punch card

As we, BRA Sverige AB, have been under a company reconstruction during the period 6 April – 8 September 2020, we cannot fulfill our obligations with our various contracting parties to the extent we would have liked to but need to act according to what was agreed during the previous reconstruction. This means, for example, that we cannot give a full refund for the products purchased before the reconstruction. We therefore want to offer you the choices below;

  1. If you have a valid annual card or punch card, you are offered an extension of the expiry date by the corresponding time we have been paused during the reconstruction. If you choose this option, you can change your mind at any time and request a refund according to option b) below.
  2. If you do not want your annual card or punch card extended, you have the right to request a refund instead. The remaining value of the annual card / clip card is calculated according to the terms of the agreement. Due to the fact that we have been in a company reconstruction, we then, according to law, need to act upon the public agreement that has been proposed, which means that the repayment is limited to 25% of the estimated value. The same applies to all customers, suppliers and partners to whom we have debts. It does not matter if the request for a refund has been made before the reconstruction was completed or if it is done when we have started flying again in the autumn/winter. The time for such a refund of 25% (of the estimated residual value) is also the same for everyone, which probably means a payment date in July 2021. If you choose this option, it is final and the choice can unfortunately not be reversed.
